Airlines operating MFF A320/330 , A330/A340 or A320/A340

Hello everyone,

This theme is often seen with some reistencia in older companies. As you know a pilot in general make a career starting in the medium haul and then long haul.
I liked to ask for your help to give me company names that make MFF in the set of planes that I mentioned in this topic forum.
How these companies work? They have A320, A330 and A340.
Air France, Finnair, Cebu Pacific, JETSTAR, Cathay Pacific, American Airlines, Air Canada, Finnair, Virgin Atlantic, Lufthansa, SAA-South African Airways, Air Namibia, QATAR Airways, Gulf Air.
An important point to mention here, is the fact that A330 is more recent than the A340. Did any airline qualified their pilots to MFF A320/A340? Before receiving the A330?

If you have any other source of information please tell me.

Happy landings !
