B737 NG bleeds off take off upper DU indications
Hi all
I have noticed that when I have conducted a bleeds off t/o and then re-configured the a/c back to bleeds on config, the Upper Du; ie the (the start valve open, oil filter bypass and low oil pressure) indicators monentarily blink when re-configuring the air systems panel, why is this
Thank you

They shouldn't from what I remember.
But then again never seen this happen before does not mean it doesn't behave this way.
Just a strange thought, but when and how do you configure for Bleeds Off (and On again)? Could the sequence of configurations have an impact on these? For that this question is returned to you to list them. Never seen it happen when using standard Boeing procedures, but most airlines have adapted these to their own bastardised version...
