A320 toilet servicing door open indication?
Hi all,
The other day we had the toilet servicing door open on arrival.
Of course we rely on ground crew to check it before departure, but a CM mentioned to me that "some" aicraft have and indication on the FAP when this door is left open
I can't find any reference to this, any help?

Never seen an aircraft with a toilet servicing door open indication. As it is not a pressure door and will be faired to the fuselage by airflow it is of no consequence.

The toilet system inop light will illuminate on the FAP when the door is open on the ground (not sure about the FAP on the newer Airbii) and the system is de-activated by the controller so the lavs won't flush.
That is the only indication, per se, that I'm aware of.
In the air the system re-activates to allow for door loss, u-switch malfunction or CDL dispatch.

Mono,
Thanks for that snippet about system being re-activated, I wrongly thought that the toilets would be kaput..
