A320 RAT Retraction Procedure

Hi everyone,
This is for all A320 guys out there.

AMM 29-22-00 PB 001 CONF 00 - BLUE AUXILLARY POWER DESCRIPTION & OPERATION. RAT retraction procedure states that if unable to retract the RAT in the first attempt, press the warm up flow indicator in before trying again.

Can someone please shed some light on the function of this 'warm up flow indicator'. Also, if there is any literature available to explain its purpose.

thanks in advance.
