B744 - HYD Question

The SIM we use in the UK displays >HYD QTY LOW 1,4 is the correct ?

I know >HYD QTY LOW 2,3 should have a carrot --Is this a soft ware glitch.

The removal of the caret from the >HYD QTY LOW 1,4 EICAS requires a software update, it probably hasn't been done yet or paid for.
