Take your total fuel flow in lbs/hr and drop a zero. This will be your indicated airspeed in a clean configuration (e.g. 2500 lbs/hr total fuel flow = 250 knots indicated (1250 lbs/hr per engine) ). It works at all altitudes.

65% N1 for 250 knots while clean below 10,000
65% N1 on final approach at flaps 45
55% N1 for 200 knots while clean below 10,000
55% N1 on final approach at flaps 22

I never really paid attention to the pitch attitude that much; like most jets it stays at about 3 degrees for level flight unless you get really slow.
