Looks like an AirBridge Cargo B-748 from Pudong to Anchorage is possibly dumping fuel before landing at Kansai:

Now it looks like they are turning away from KIX...

They did squawk 7700 earlier.

Pressurization problem with plenty of gas to make it back to PVG perhaps?

Another U-turn prior to DUMET on A593 inbound to PVG, back into holding.
