A SHIPS BELL - strange but true

I an trying to trace a ships bell used as a font for the child of an Air Malta pilot whose name is possibly READ this took place a few years ago.

The ships bell is from HMS WORCESTER a training ship that used to be on the Thames.

I accept that this is a very outside chance, but any possible contacts with Air Malta or if I am very lucky someone who attended or knew of the event I would love to hear from you if possible with details of the pilot.

Many thanks for any help or physically possible suggestions.
