One Engine Inoperative Landing

For the 737 NG and when not using VREF ICE, what is the maximum wind additive to use is it Vref 15 + 20 ?

I know for VREF ICE it says in the QRH -

When VREF ICE is needed, the wind additive should not exceed 10 knots.

Max wind additive is Vref + 20 at all flap settings. Vref Ice (F15) is already +10, so any additive is max +10 so to not exceed the original +20 limit.
