Single Engine Biplane Central London

Seen this aircraft a couple of times in the last few days. Once West to East heading towards city airport and once just now heading south to north just east of Tower Bridge. I estimate it's around 2000ft and seems as if it's a single engine so can't imagine it's meeting the glide clear rules plus it must be inside the class A. Any ideas what it is? Apologies for the poor picture it was a sudden snap from the phone.

Nothing on flight radar.

Thanks

Often hear the Classic Wings callsign over central London in a Rapide. Also its' no longer Class A airspace, its' class D.

Great - thanks for the responses. Couldn't see the engines from my angle.

As City Airport is closed saturday pm and sunday am, they often use these periods for sightseeing trips.
