Jodie Kidd - Spitfire pilot?

Today's Telegraph (18 June) carries a front page picture of the former model Jodie Kidd arriving at Fairford in a Spitfire. Out of curiosity, is she a pilot and, if so, does she fly the Spitfire or was the pic just for publicity?

Back seat of Boultbee two seater - great way to beat Fairford traffic jams.

The Spitfire is the celebrity. I've never heard of Jodie Kidd.

I think she is (or was) a model and dabbles in some sort of motorsport. If she did arrive in a Spitfire was she a passenger (if it was a 2-seater?) or does she actually have a licence and flies? I recall reading she was training for a PPL back in the mid 2000's but don't know any more than that.

Thanks Dave (no 'if' about it being a 2-seater, clear from other pix)

Only two lady Spitfire pilots current as far as I am aware. Carolyn Grace, and Anna Walker.
