Spectators Balcony (Spotters Corner) If you're not a professional pilot but want to discuss issues about the job, this is the best place to loiter. You won't be moved on by 'security' and there'll be plenty of experts to answer any questions.

Statement from BA
The flight crew requested a priority landing as a precaution due to a suspected technical fault with an engine, and the aircraft landed normally.

This a normal procedure which are flight crew are trained to perform.

Our engineers are now inspecting the aircraft. Safety is always our highest priority.
