Any A380 pilots out there

Hi all. Are there any A380 pilots out there? If so can you send me a PM. I have a few questions that I would be really grateful if I could get an answer

Thanks!

1000 views and no luck so far. Does anyone at least know an A380 pilot that I might be able to contact. I'm not a professional pilot but do have my PPL and I've been in the flight simulation industry for over 15 years. I would be really appreciative if anyone can put me in contact with an A380 pilot. Maybe I'm posting in the wrong forum?

Thanks

Try @DaveWallsworth on Twitter. He's a BA A380 Captain and from his tweets sounds like a nice bloke and willing to answer (sensible) questions.

Try the Middle East Forum, there is usually some EK crew who are Bus drivers on there from time to time.

Why not post the questions and then you may get an answer?

I have flown the sim and I am a current narrowbody Airbus pilot.
I thought that the cockpit was cluttered across the FCU and efis cp area and I am not sure about having flap position below the PFD.
Having it on the EWD makes you look at it and the current engine parameters when actioning the landing checklist..
It flies just like an A 320 and the electronic checklist makes the PM/ PNF have his head down actioning it rather than monitoring or looking out.

Thanks for the replies guys. I will do everything you guys suggested.

As for the reasons I didn't post the questions here.... I actually tried doing that but for whatever reason the post was not approved so I figured I would take it offline.

Thanks
