MD11s at Schipol

I am heading to AMS this weekend (Saturday - Monday). What is the best time of day to try and catch the remaining four KLM MD-11s?

I flew from Schipol to Lagos every 4/6 weeks in the nineties. First few trips it was the DC10 then the MD11. Great aircraft, the seating if I recall correctly was 2-5-2 in economy and a seat at the side was good. All the MD11's where named after famous women. I remember flying with Marie Curie / Audrey Hepburn / Maria Montessori / Florence Nightingale and Ingrid Bergman.
