As a matter of interest where on the airfield or its boundaries were you?

Did you get those with the humble AF-S Nikkor 70-300 VR or something mightier??

arem,

On this accasion for the first time in years I was inside the Airfield,
normally I go on the Southside near the Airfield boundary.

I was in the small Press enclosure M11 end on the Saturday, then on Sunday I was in the small Press enclosure at the other end.

Bushfiva,

I use a combination of two camers and two lenses,
Main outfit : Nikon D300 with a Nikkor AF-S VR 70-200mm f2.8 together with a
Nikkor AF-S 300mm f4.(Secondary camera a well used but effective Nikon D-70s)

My wish list lens is for the latest Nikkor AF-S VR 300mm f2.8.
Photo. results would be stunning, but, at my age I can't really justify the £4.5K outlay needed.
