Could someone tell me if any routes into or out off Manchester, operate the A380???

There are no A380's operating into Manchester.

2010 is the first rumoured start of any A380 ops, which is currently planned to be Emirates. The airfield can't take the A380 yet, but much of the work currently being undertaken is related to this, hence the reason it's not an alternate even for Heathrow for their A380 ops as yet.
