LHR arrivals: 27.1.06 - 28.1.06

I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on the following unscheduled (I think) arrivals at LHR over the last 12 hours.

AZ 8810 last evening (27.1.06)
VS 9946 this morning (28.1.06)

Neither are flight numbers that I recognise as usual arrivals at Heathrow.

Thanks,
MM

There's nothing unusual about extra flights.. wonder why you're curious?

no, nothing unusual about extra flights but there is something unusual about these fight numbers for these airlines: and I was wondering about this.

That's all...

I heard a rumour that the VIR was possibly a charter to pick up the disgruntled pax from the QM2.
