Does anyone know of any changes regarding with the new EASA rules.
Can we still do the Renewal of typerating and medical in other countries outside of Spain?

What is it that you are asking exactly?

EASA rules are the same like JAR rules regarding the member states.
You are saying "outside of Spain" but you are in Greece....

If you have a JAA license you can pass your medical anywhere, and of course (as it has been always) get your training at any TRTO you want. You just have to send the documents back to your issuing state CAA to process them.

If you move somewhere else you change your issuing state and the license is still EASA but issued by lets say Belgium.
