He encontrado comodidades razonables en Mallarca. Velencia y Gibralter hasta ahora. ¿Si usted fijara una nueva operación y podría volar fuera de cualquier ciudad - cuál usted hicieron?

It depends what are you looking for…You can fly from the 3 airports to Algiers

Now you have to check handling, parking, fuels cost… to check if it compensates Ibiza, Valencia… Also slot limitations...

If you not really looking the cost you should check airlines connections to take in/out the engineers for the home base

Forget it about Mallorca and Ibiza: during summer you will have lot of trouble. Both of them are seasonal high density airports. Menorca could be an option.

Valencia is probably the best choice: facilities, maintenance, cheaper housing, ...

Gibraltar: no way. Unfortunattely it is not Spain (at least for the brits).

good luck

Next summer is going to open a new airport called Corvera airport, it´s in Murcia Region, it will be H24, with fees cheaper than Valencia (taxes in Valencia are too expensive) and closer to Argel than Valencia.
Corvera it´s close to Murcia city and Cartagena, both with any kind of services and conveniences. On the othe hand, Corvera is at 25 km from the coast, this distance is long enough to prevent corrosion because of the salt air environment whith causes a lot of problems, expensive maintenance repairs in the medium to long term.

And if you finally decide to choose the King Air, there is a maintenance center for Beech King Air at 20 minutes flying from Corvera airport.
If you want me to help you finding out any kind of information, I´ve sent you a private.
