Malaga Air Traffic...can you hear me?

Hola my Spanish friends.
Does anyone know a senior air traffic person at Malaga I might talk to regarding helicopter procedures at LEMG?
I once met Pako, but he retired maybe four years ago.
(Pako, if you are reading this, maybe you can advise me or introduce me to your colleagues)
We fly G-GERS and would like to offer some ideas that might smooth the VFR helicopter traffic near this busy airport, for the benefit of everyone.
Regards to all.
Dan

Hi Dan,

I would recomend you visit the tower or at least phone them. I am sure they'll hear you.

Best Regards
