Is an ICAO PPL recognized in Spain?

Hello
I would like to know please if an ICAO ppl is recognized in Spain in order to do training in Spain to get the CPL+IR?

Try on +34915978844, is Licensing Department of the Spanish Civil Aviation.

Mmm... I don't think they can speak english, you should ask someone to call in Spanish for you.
