I seem to remember that was the school two acquaintances of mine are in legal proceedings with (regarding money, as usual). The one I'm thinking of is a cowboy outfit which has made it its specialty to close down the shop every once in a while and start another school on paper, with just a slightly different name (and same planes, offices, etc.)

The thing is, I'm only like 80% sure the name of the place in question was "Speed Fly", so take what I've said with a grain of salt, and try to gather more info elsewhere before you commit to anything.

You can be 100% sure. "Speed Fly Escuela de Pilotos" is the new name for "Speed Fly" which was the new name for the old "Tadair" which is the flight academy where I worked for 3 years and a half.
I don't know how they are doing now, but they had a lot of problems until they could start flying again and they still have legal problems with some of the students of "Tadair"
