Fuerza Aerea Española

¿Alguien aqui que sabe cuales son los requisitos de ser piloto en la fuerza aerea de España? Educación, como ser oficial, asistir a una academia (y por cuanto tiempo), edad maxima, y mas? Gracias a todos por las respuestas.
