Language Proficiency Requirement

Hi guys,

I have a JAA Spain-issued licence. I would like to know the procedure in act in Spain (if there is one) regarding the new ICAO requirements for the english language.

Thanks to all that'll help!

Not by the moment. Some airlines makes an english exam and it counts to up or down your overall results. The real question concerning the lenguage is that not all the airlines have their OM translated into english and then if you have an JAA inspection you must demonstrate your level on the lenguage the OM is written, usually spanish. That is the reason for requiring good spanish level.
Nice flights
