ERJ 170-190 circle to land restriction

Hey guys
I got an interview line up in China
I need to get the vmc circle to land restriction remove
Any places in USA where I can get it remove at a decent price ??

Flight Safety International can do it.

BTW, is this restriction specific to the ERJ170/190 type? It's interesting that FSI lists this under Embraer 170/190 training.

No it’s not.
Every FAA type rating I have lists “circling in VMC only”.
135 (Charter) and 121 (Airlines) OpsSpecs usually do NOT include approvals for circling approaches.
OpsSpecs are approved by the FAA.
Certain other aviation authorities including the Chinese require an “unrestricted” license or certificate.
Means you need to be tested in the sim on circling approaches.
