Asiana working conditions.

Hi,
any of you gentlemen of the expat community working for Asiana wants to share their impressions/experience about life in Seoul and the airline itself (rosters, management etc.. ).
Considering A380 contract thru Parc.

They crashed a 777 on a beautiful, clear, sunny day because as the Captain
was later quoted "I find flying visually by hand very difficult"
