Cebu Pac up to their old tricks again

If anyone is considering this, just remember who the airline is and what they have done to previous expat pilots.

Not to be trusted, be prepared for the "bait and switch". Remember, this place has no problem with outright lies.

Do plenty of research before even consider signing a contract with this place.

"You have been warned".

Sound like a scorned girl stood up for the senior prom. Be more specific with facts.

Loads of locals with the required qualifications ...but of course they don't wanna touch 5J with a barge pole...hence the expat baiting

Oh come on! All the good 'ol folks flying in PAL? There must be plenty with 10K total and 3K on the 330/340

Question is whether they are willing to leave their comfy job in PAL for 5J?

Quite a few folks must have a price but nothing close to what 5J is willing to pay

Back in 2005....flights were getting cancelled in India just because they realized their Capts had been poached by rival startups...no questions...just double of their last pay check. Ah....those were the times. So as i was saying...everybody might have a price...question is how much is 5J willing to pay? unfortunately peanuts. coming to think of it 5J does have the crappiest of T&Cs I have ever seen for an expat till date.

5J will not pay any TRI $20,000 a month, there is just no way. that is like 900,000 pesos more or less. the locals will be up in arms if they knew this.

the A330 equipment chief pilot does not even earn close to that, let alone an expat pilot.
