Sub Service
If you had a charter (non-sked) airline with a B-737 or A-320 on its certificate in India, can they fly sub service for any of the Sked airline, in case of a mechanical problem with one of their aircraft? If the answer is YES, could you please state the CAR, as I could not find one. Thanks.
