Can MAS survive these repeated blows to its reputation?

First we had the bungling in handling the still missing MH 370.

Then the callous shootdown of MH 17.

Next the really bad publicity from the case of its Chief Steward detained in France due to sexual assault allegations. See this graphic TV report : https://nz.totaltravel.yahoo.com/new...t-on-malaysia/. To put it in Bahasa Melayu...SUNGGUH MEMALUKAN,

Now every little incident will trigger adverse publicity. Like the one of late whereby MH 70 had an air turn back due to pressurisation problems.

Ex-MAS guys have to field off questions after questions about our beloved ex-employer which categorizes us as " traitors ". Our loyalty to ex- colleagues means that we just have to grit our teeth and put out the best words we can for M A S.

Among the Malaysian population are some very, very rich families who, in large part, owe their wealth to 'favourable' treatment from the Malaysian government. The government now own the airline and may well call in a few favours and MAS, in that guise or a new one, will continue.

Too terrified to resist or even to scream, but still has enough wits about to record on the phone.

Wherever the truth may lie, the allegations just piles on MAS' misery.
