I think the best plan would be to do it low level VFR. Depart off 07R then fly through the hills north of Kowloon before heading out over the coast by Sai Kung. Stop off at that military base atol about half way for a BBQ and some beach time. VFR again to the northern tip of the Philippines then low level along the coast until reaching RPLL.

All you have asked for on all your posts is flight plans for commercial routes. I'm guessing you're a flight sim guy. Either ask on a flight sim forum, or google for "sim flight plans" or something to that effect. There are plenty of tools online for flight sim guys to generate flight plans.
