Beware of WEST AIR
The thread couldn't have been named better!
I have no clue what is happening there, (literally speaking) but it is a total disgrace for the Hainan Group!
While the other airlines like Tianjin, Capital, Lucky and Hainan are improving and getting closer to understand western pilots, even improving their procedures and processes, West Air look like the typical low scale, just revenue minded company, where people at the office take bribes, manipulate whatever they need to make things look great on papers and this with consistency.

I know, that the Hainan Management is looking into the image of their carriers and meanwhile there is even a link on the recruitment website (www.HNA-OVERSEAS.com/Community.aspx) to PPRUNE.
So I think, if we all write here our impressions and concerns, thinks might improve for all of us.

Lucky Air?
FCOM-5, thanks for the advice. DO you know anyone actually working for Lucky Air in Kunming? I have been trying to get info/comment of any western working there with no success...
