I dont think anyone has heard of them, are they a operator according to the DGCA website, or is it a "talent" scout ?

Should probably have added that the aircraft is Isle of Man registered, so it's probably not going to show up on a search of the DGCA. I am a babe in the woods when it comes to dealing with the subcontinent, I'm afraid. Any suggestions as to how to proceed? Other than "carefully"?

They cannot base a M registered plane in India, so you wouldnt be living in India. They can normally only bring the plane in for 14 days and then have to leave. there are exceptions, but rarely granted.

You also couldnt lease in the M registered plane for a Indian NSOP (ie charter) and use it here.

So unless they are going to import it and change its registration there is more to the story especially if its a light jet.

Their Uk address is a block of flats!! Their USA address is a just sold house ($1.248 million) ...

Everything looks legit here !!

Hahahhaa. So I should make sure my entire "salary" is in escrow before I get on the airliner? Thanks.

Hey gang,

Had pretty much written these guys off, but they called back and are anxious to get me over there. I have to say, the guy sounded pretty legit on the phone (to answer itsbrokenagain's concerns...it's a part 91 aircraft and it will be leaving the country every 14 days...this was brought up to me without my having to ask).

Obviously, I'd sure feel a lot better about it if anyone had any information whatsoever.

Thanks!
