Application has been filed on 6th may with a DD of 25000 (No 009376) in favour of pay and accounts office DGCA. Details of the birds they have furnished are with MSN 17000277, 17000287, 17000291 and 17000309.
These bird's are with azul airline Brazil and was owned by trip linhas which recently merged with azul.
The directors are winnie kurup (ex advisor to gopal kanda), sk kaushik, Rk sharma and CB rai (who was a guard with indian airlines, became a senior level officer with paramount with the blessings of Late TDG and Thyagarajan.
The CA's of the company Navin chander & co , vikas puri new delhi says the paid up capital of the company is 5, 00, 000 (five lakhs) divided into 50, 000 shares of which 49000 shares are with sk kaushik.
The mandatory requirements are a company should have 12 crores authorised, paid up and subscribed capital to apply for a regional scheduled airline and 50 crores for a scheduled airline.
I heard that they are reapplying like freedom air of Mumbai. Freedom have been extended their Noc 3 times and was refused their application when they applied last month. They have filed again.
Will update here if zexus reapplies again.

Pilots
The Client is obviously not Zexus. Well, whatever pilots Zexus have on stand-by this will be enticing. Better a job in the real world than one in cloud coockoo Zexus land I suppose. Does anyone have any further update on their latest applications and failed audit? Can one actually know why they were refused? Is that public knowledge with the DGCA or is that insider information?

Still no NOC! Calls to the office for interview with Mr. Kurup go unheeded and the excuse is that he is at the DGCA. Mr. W. Kurup is obviously still there although in what capacity, it is not known. The office is being very cagey as to any information given. This outfit is getting curiouser and curiouser!

Hi to all
Anyone have any idea about when zexus air, is going to get the AOP. Are they eligible for it ? They have NOC which may expire soon. And one more thing they do not have a website even.(Now a days).
