Jr. Co-Pilot 75,000
Co-Pilot 175,000

For a 50 hour contract.

Once you upgrade to a Sr. Co-Pilot 70 hour contract 280,000ish

Also there is 5,000 loyalty bonus annual increment to your monthly salary.

150,000₹ every year as staff travel allowance per annum irrespective of you travelling or not.

Hope that helps.

Base? No Delhi, Bombay or Calcutta to be offered...

Guess staff travel allowance is one lakh.

Base depends on requirement. And after that depending on seniority you can move to the base you need as per availability which is a good system.

Kolkata is a good base to start with. There are some good and interesting flight patterns from there.

Incomplete information is dangerous information. Don't guess.

It's 150,000.

Calcutta not to be offered anymore. Calcutta is the best place with a mix of short and medium flights and day returns and layovers to CJB, MAA, BOM and DEL

if you get Calcutta just take that base with your eyes closed.

Flying has gone down. Don't expect to do more than 60-70 hours out of any base. For 57 airplanes they have 800+ pilots.

Training is slow due paucity of sim slots.

Other than that this is the second best place to work for (First being KFA )

Very balanced rosters... Delhi has the most airplanes followed by Calcutta & Bangalore (8 each) then Madras with about four Bombay with three and Pune, Hyderabad and Jaipur with two each and one airplane doing a night halt at Ahmedabad.

Delhi and Bombay have the international sectors... Don't hope on doing very many of those.

Delhi:
Many day returns like DEL GAU IMF GAU DEL, DEL RPR HYD BLR DEL, DEL IXJ SXR DEL, DEL SXR DEL, DEL BBI DEL, DEL BOM DEL, DEL MAA DEL, DEL KTM DEL

layovers are fairly decent patterns.

Bombay:
Layovers. Mostly. BOM BLR HYD CCU.... Calcutta will be your second home. Which is fantastic...

Bangalore:
BLR COK BLR, BLR DEL BLR other than that lot of Bombay and Delhi layovers.

Chennai:
Balanced.... MAA CCU GAU CCU MAA, MAA DEL MAA,
layovers... MAA BOM DEL, Same way back... CCU layover.

Calcutta:
Balanced. CCU BOM CCU, CCU DEL CCU, CCU GAU CCU, CCU MAA BLR CCU
And some BOM, MAA, CJB and DEL layovers

Hope it helps....

Very much. But not as flexible as them... They want you to follow your roster.

You can expect to not get a call from rostering for months! Which is a really good thing...

Saw this morning an ad in news paper here in dubai for MAA-DXB, HYD-DXB, COK-DXB apart from DEL-DXB and BOM-DXB. I seriously would like to congratulate Indigo for penetrating the Dubai market especially when Jet is stopping their service on MAA-DXB, a route they re mostly sold out always !! Indigo seems to have an good understanding of the demand and pulse of the Air Passengers !! The question is.. are u guys going to lay over in DXB or do a turn around ??
