can anyone tell minimum requirements to apply for trans Maldivian airways for the first officer seat?

but I found out that there are 60% of expats working in Trans Maldivian and 55% in Maldivian air taxi..
So dont know whats true...

Well Expats are Capts....!

They don't want low timer expats.... FO position is basically for the locals.
