The main reason why the duchess was not recognised anymore was because the it Certificate of Airworthiness (CoA) had expired

For the DGCA to endorse an aircraft the particular model has to be registered in India and have a valid CoA as well

While the duchess is registered in India its CoA has not been renewed and hence is not recognised
