Hello,
concerning the income i can not give the info.
But if you join Firefly as a cabin crew you have to sign a training bond.
If i remember correct it is 15.000 or 25.000 MYR for three years.
It is just for the cabin attendend ground course.
If you leave only one day before three years you have to pay the whole sum.
They do not calculate it pro rata as it would be standard.
The work is not too hard but you will have many layover. Many days with a break of one or up to about four hours between your flights while you are sitting on the airport and just waiting.
The income is low- the exact amount? I forgot.
My advice: Try an airline if you want to fly.
