the best airline to work in
I know that cathay pacific, air china, dragonair pilots are so tired, as I read through the threads in PPRuNe fourms and from what I hear from pilots' comments. So what company will not treat the pilots badly, or at least is better than average?

1- Plenty of hour building on modern equipment.
2- Decent pay and benefits.
3- Good working environment.
IMO if the above 3 check out, you have got yourself a good airline regardless of location.
But that's just me talking.
