AI advertised today for Commanders, P1 (500 hrs) and P2 (zero hrs) on ATR family. No exam, walk in interview.

Do they want current trainee FO with ATR Type Rating? or would they consider candidates whose ratings have expired (let's say more than 3 years) but are willing to get type rating training renewals?
