hi guys need your help .. im a filipino 30 yrs old just finished my CPL with C152 & C172 rated with no IR planning to get soon
i know i have a low flying time but im gonna try if anyone knows some company or flight school hiring for a charter or safety pilot here in philippines?

It is going to be hard given the fact that you have no IR. I assume you have no Instructor rating as well so it would be very difficult to find a lob in this case.
I suggest you try to locate some small operators lite banner towing or aerial photography... I don't know any of these but it is worth a try.
