HK Government Flying Service (GFS) Cadet Pilot Interview

Does anyone know the detailed selection stages about the GFS cadet pilot program?

I have received the agenda about what will be in their selection process:

-Vision Assessment and Preliminary Interview (completed: simple eyes test and color blindness check followed by a short interview. lasted for about 15 mins)

-Matrix, Technical Assessment and Basic Law Test (what kinda matrix and technical assessment ?)

-Aptitude Test (what program are they using? )

-Leadership Assessment (group exercise?)

-Final Interview (what will be asked in the final interview? Tech Avia knowledge? )

Yes, I actually did my eye test and the prelim test. anyone has received the letter for next round?

Any idea what will be in the test?
