I have been offered a Capt position on a CL 300 Based in Southern China. The Operator is a Management Company in HK.

Can anyone give me an idea on the Average pay and terms and conditions being offered in the area ?

I don't want to accept a lowball salary ! hopefully I can maintain the standard .
