Who to contact to update CX resume?
Hi there, it has been over a year since I submitted my resume and I would like to update it, but it still says my application is being processed. Who should I contact at CX to update it?

if you e-mail them, they should in theory reply.

Don't hold your breath up for a quick reply but this time I have been lucky and received a reply in the space of a week.
