@ vishwas_ddn......usually how long it takes for the DGCA guys to re-open the file for the short fall documents...........just curious.......coz i will be calling Mr Vashishta on monday
again a matter of luck and seriousness one of my friend hasn't got any answer from them even after 4 months, but some get their licence issued within weeks after they resubmit, so start pestering them.
@ vishwas_ddn.........when did your friend re-submit his documents, as in what date in the month of June?.........Heard that DGCA is short staffed.........I called up Mr Vashishta this morningand he asked me to call up Mrs Baljit Kaur and have the file forwarded.I tried calling this lady a zillion times but to no avail.I guess this is the only way out man....I will try calling this lady again tom... Lets see man. Please let me know when you are bound to visit the DGCA office next. And if you can do me a favour in passing my message to her. would appreciate. Thanks
that lady is useless, you won't even gain a thing by meeting her personally, I have had a few encounters with her, useless staff of alll I say, also dgca never encourages when someone else asks about your file, other than agents ofcourse. I recommend go and speak to section office other staff people, youwill get hold of someone who remembers handling your file, that's what happened with me. my friend speedposted the documents to dgca around June 26th, he got.his issued last friday, so pretty much a month. yes dgca is seriously understaffed and on top.of.that Mr v.p singh is on a month leave, still on enquiry they said he might be off for next month too. applications submitted after 29th march are said to be still lying in a room.
just on the brink of getting it...possibly next week it might get approved, my verification from CAA keeps me waiting, i have got it but this goddamn DGCA has stil not received it, don't know who's fault it is. CAA is pissed off from DGCA!
hi guys ...does anyone know if there is a time frame that the query letter received from dgca is good until ? i had submitted my license application and received a query letter .. does it expire? any response is appreciated.
How can I trace whats happening with my file? is it open.. is it being processed... is it mentioned somewhere online... do I need to add some additional document?
How does one follow up with DGCA about their CPL status?
it means they haven't started processing your file yet.. and if you sent your documents by speed post why don't you look up the status of the speed post.. that way you can make sure that your documents have been delivered
