@ optimus, Good Point.
But at the last page of the CAR has the format of the CERTIFICATE that is going to be issued after the assessment. So just a paper and no booklet.
What I fail to understand is, If someone, by God's grace, turn out to get a Expert Level, which does not need any reassessment, How is one expected to protect a single piece of paper for lifetime ?
I know you'd say Laminate it. But then How does one file it in the small license pouch which is already overwhelmed by the CPL , FRTOL, RTR, Medical, Foreign Licenses ?
This could be a good point to change the license format into All in One like the Canadian license.
Thats #7 for you r list Shanx.

@silent_scream
You take that paper to DGCA and then they will endorse english proficient on the license, I hope they don't charge any 'endorsement fee' for licenses already issued.

point taken!
@ silent scream,
All in one license - I wouldn't hold my breath!
@ jimmygill,
And what makes you hope/think they won't?

English Language Test for R/T Holders
Could anyone highlight, whether this exam is mandatory for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Ground Engineers) too, which includes Avionics Engineers (Radio Systems) and some Mechanical (Airframe & Engine Systems) Engineers who hold the WPC issued Radio Telephony License and use it on daily basis while maneuvering aircraft on ground (Towing/Taxying) at busy International Airports in India.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hey guys, need a help from you people,i need to do the English proficiency test in Delhi, was searching for an examiner but DGCA website shows only the name and the organisation these people work for, no address, no contact number(DGCA sucks). I have spoken to CAPT Shwata Kaushal, but she won't be coming to Delhi any time soon. If any one of you knows of any examiner of course other than her please PM me the contact details. Any kind of help would be appreciated
