It depends on which aircraft type you're bing tested on. And that's determined by who'se doing the interviews. if it's Boeing guys, then it will be on a 747. I was interviewed for the Boeing but tested on the Airbus. I knew nothing about the Airbus, hadn't even seen a Airbus flight deck before.
You will get a briefing sheet prior to the sim. The profile isn't difficult, just use the techniques you use now. So my advice is to use the attitude that holds you level and the power that holds the speed. They want to see basic flying skills and CRM. They won't be expecting standard calls, you won't know KA's anyway. And you will only be expected to be a star if you're rated on that type.
It will be manual flying, raw data and manual thrust. Good luck.
