Hi

I am currently looking at options regarding Cathay Pacific's overseas basings.
I have applied to Cathay for a number of years and hopefully close to meeting the "unofficial minimums in 12 months or so".

I have visited Hong Kong a number of times and believe I can live there, however my partner is definitely not keen on the idea. Although we have discussed it alot the main point is living in Hong Kong for a long period. The S/O requirements would make commuting impossible for the first few years however is there opportunities to relocate to Australia, particularly Perth if a F/O upgrade comes up.(This would depend on Acft type I guess)

I am sure this is a situation many have found themselves in and would love to hear how they managed this predicament.

Replies are greatly appreciated
