Wow, That's a small pad, you wouldn't even see that as you put the skids down. Respect to bush pilots. It would take a while to get that feel again.

The photo of the Jet Ranger, I notice there are no flap restraint bunny ears.

Is this a mod? I have not seen a Jettie without the two ears.

Mars, It does seem like a small pad but the AG ops I've been involved in all land on the top of a truck. The one we have has bits that fold up to make the pad that bit larger.
