no direct knowledge of it but reading the info sounds like someone signed a contract for a camera system that was a lot more difficult than it appears. I suspect that when it eventually gets sorted...

777F has aluminium floor beams. The reason 777 pax to freighter conversion has not happened yet is because the floor beams would have to be replaced. Has been proposed but don't think started yet
