I know I was pessimistic about the LHR, AMS, CDG connections in the medium term (and I still am), but I would say there is a strong likelihood that NCL is starting to appear on THY's radar...

Precisely. And if NCL were to lose BRU, AMS, PAR and LHR because EK had hoovered up every last African, Asian and Australasian passenger, then the travelling public would be ill-served.
